1. Who we are
Peel Perfect ("we", "us") sells personalised vinyl skins for consoles and controllers, dispatched from the United Kingdom. Contact us at /contact.
2. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that the personalisation details (name, number, kit) you provide are correct. We print exactly what you submit. Orders are accepted once payment is captured by our payment processor (Stripe).
3. Pricing & payment
Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept payment via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Currency: GBP.
4. Delivery
We dispatch within 2–3 working days. UK standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch. International shipping times vary.
5. Returns
Personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We will, however, replace any item that arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described — see our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
You confirm that any name, number, or imagery you submit does not infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights. We may decline to print orders that we believe infringe such rights.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
