Personalised items

Because every skin is printed to your custom name and number, personalised orders cannot be returned for a change of mind. This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg. 28(1)(c)).

Faulty or damaged

If your skin arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error on our part, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos. We will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong details submitted

We print exactly what you type. If you spot a typo, email us immediately at /contact — we can usually fix it if printing hasn't started yet.

Lost in post

If tracking shows your order hasn't moved for 10 working days after dispatch, get in touch. We'll investigate with the carrier and reprint if needed.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 working days.
